Alumni Weekend Information

Registration process:

For alumni weekend this year registration and payments for events will happen through this site. Each event is an item in the store, by purchasing the item you are registered for that event. Some events are free like chapter meeting of course. Free events also need to be added to your cart to register for them. Events like golfing, on Friday morning, with no upfront cost still require you to RSVP for the event on this site by purchasing it like other free events, but you will need to pay individually upon arrival to the golf course.

 

There is no charge for kids 10 and under for the pig roast and banquet.

 

Important note:

The item in the shop called AW30 Registration & Transportation is a required purchase for attendance. This registration cost will cover transportation for everyone for certain events throughout the weekend.

Transportation:

 Events with transportation being provided are:

1. Brewery tour & Axe throwing which are two separate events happening simultaneously on Friday, April 22nd at 1 PM.

2. Landing Strip and garbage plates - Friday, April 22nd at 6 PM

3. Pig Roast - Saturday, April 23rd at 1230 PM

4. Banquet - Saturday, April 23rd at 7 PM - taking place on campus with shuttles provided from hotels to campus.​​

Further details will be provided about pickup and drop-off locations and times. The rest of the events do not have transportation provided and you will need handle it on your own.

For the two events taking place on campus - chapter meeting and the banquet, any policy RIT has listed will need to be followed by all attendees. For some off-campus events the pickup and drop-off is happening on campus and the same adherence to RIT's policies applies at all times you are on campus.

Imagine RIT:

Just a note that this year the Imagine RIT event will be taking place the same weekend as our celebration. Feel free to take any time and participate in Imagine as well.

Donating to NY Theta:

If you would like to make a separate donation to the chapter please use the donate tab at the top of the site rather than purchasing additional registration items for AW30. This will ensure we have accurate attendance numbers for the events. Thank you.
